This page sets out the terms that govern your use of ACANRE’s online store and the purchase of goods from us. Please read these terms & conditions (“terms”) carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. definitions & scope
2.1. “We”, “us”, “our” means ACANRE. “You”, “customer”, “buyer” means any person who places an order.
2.2. These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website and to your use of the website unless otherwise stated.
3. order process & contract formation
3.1. When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. This is an acknowledgement of your order and does not constitute acceptance of the order.
3.2. A contract is formed when we send a dispatch/receipt confirmation email confirming the goods have been dispatched, or when payment is successfully processed (whichever occurs earlier and according to how the checkout is set up).
3.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including: item out of stock, pricing or product description error, suspected fraud, or inability to obtain authorization for payment.
4. product information & availability
4.1. We aim to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. Slight variations in colour, size and finish may occur; screens display colours differently.
4.2. If a product is unavailable after you have placed your order we will contact you and offer a full refund or an alternative where possible.
4.3. Hand-made, limited-run, or pre-order items will be labelled as such and may have different lead times.
5. pricing, taxes & currency
5.1. Prices are shown in EUR.
5.2. Prices include or exclude VAT depending on your location and our checkout setup; tax details are shown at checkout.
5.3. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed in the order summary.
5.4. We may change prices at any time but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
6. payment methods & security
6.1. Accepted payment methods: Stripe, PayPal, major credit/debit cards, and any BNPL options displayed at checkout.
6.2. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.
6.3. By providing payment information you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
7. shipping, delivery & prohibited destinations
7.1. Dispatch times: we strive to dispatch all orders within 7–10 business days from when the carrier collects the parcel from our warehouse.
7.2. Estimated delivery: Europe — typically 5–7 business days; rest of the world — typically 7–21 business days. Actual times vary by courier and destination.
7.3. Shipping costs:
Lithuania — €4.99 (delivery to the nearest post machine). Free for orders over €200.
Europe — €19.99 (delivery to your shipping address). Free for orders over €250.
Rest of world — €39.99 (delivery to your shipping address).
7.4. Customs & import fees: any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees for international deliveries are the customer’s responsibility.
7.5. Prohibited destinations: we do not ship to Russia or to countries currently subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions.
7.6. If you provide an incorrect address and the parcel is returned or lost, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery; additional costs to re-ship will be charged.

8. passing of risk & ownership
8.1. Ownership of goods transfers to you once full payment has been processed.
8.2. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
9. returns & refunds
9.1. You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused and free from marks. Items showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.
9.2. How to register a return: Visit our website and complete the Return form using your Order ID and the email used at checkout. Select a return reason and pack items in original packaging. Use the return label included and drop off at the specified carrier service point. All return parcels are delivered to our logistics partner VIM.
9.3. Refund processing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the return arrives at our warehouse (longer during peak periods). Refunds go to the original payment method. Initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
9.4. Return fees: A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund; the fee varies by country per courier rates.
9.5. Unclaimed parcels: If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a €20 handling fee will be deducted to cover return and processing costs.
9.6. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order for the preferred item.
9.7. Claims for damaged/faulty items: Notify us within 14 days of delivery at home@acanre.com with your order number and clear photos. Note: pilling is a natural characteristic of some natural fibres (e.g. wool) and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

10. non-returnable & restricted items
10.1. The following are typically non-returnable: personalised items, gift cards, and items which are clearly intimate in nature or cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).
10.2. If an item is marked non-returnable at the product page, that condition takes precedence.
11. refunds for duties on returns
11.1. If you paid import duties for your original order and return the item, you may be able to reclaim import duties from your local customs authority. We cannot guarantee refunds of customs duties; contact your customs office for local procedures.
12. intellectual property
12.1. All content on the site (images, text, logos, designs) is owned or licensed by ACANRE. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.
13. website use & acceptable conduct
13.1. You must not misuse our website or attempt unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts or block users who abuse our systems, harass staff, or attempt fraudulent orders.
14. liability & limitation of liability
14.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example loss of profit) arising out of the purchase or use of our goods. Our total liability for proven direct losses is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order.
14.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
15. force majeure
15.1. We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events outside our reasonable control (including strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, carrier failure, import/export restrictions or acts of government).
16. data protection & privacy
16.1. Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and store your personal data. By placing an order, you consent to the uses set out in our privacy policy.
17. third-party links & services
17.1. Our site may contain links to third-party websites and services (e.g., payment providers, social platforms). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
18. changes to these terms
18.1. We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
19. governing law & disputes
19.1. These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law, and the courts of Lithuania have exclusive jurisdiction, unless another jurisdiction is required by mandatory consumer protection laws. If you are a consumer, certain statutory rights may apply that cannot be excluded.
20. severability & entire agreement
20.1. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These terms, together with any documents expressly referred to, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
