Delivery times are estimates and begin once the carrier collects the parcel from our warehouse. We strive to dispatch all orders within 7–10 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within Europe and 7–21 business days for the rest of the world. Actual times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

shipping cost:

  • Lithuania — €4.99 (delivery to the nearest post machine). Free shipping for orders over €200.
  • Europe — €19.99 (delivery to your shipping address). Free shipping for orders over €250.
  • Rest of the world — €39.99 (delivery to your shipping address).
  • Customs & import fees: any customs duties, taxes or additional fees are the customer’s.

prohibited destinations

We do not ship to Russia or to countries currently subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions.

returns

how to register a return

  1. Visit our website and complete the Return form using your Order ID and the email address used during checkout.
  2. Select the reason for return in the form.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  4. Please return the parcel to the address from which it was sent.
  5. Drop off the return parcel at the nearest service point of the specified carrier.

return policy

  • You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from any marks (including makeup or deodorant). Items that show signs of wear cannot be accepted.

  • Returns must be shipped from the same country to which the order was originally delivered.

  • We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until the return is confirmed, in case the parcel is lost in transit.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the return arrives at our warehouse. During peak periods, processing times may be longer.

  • Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at checkout.

return fee

  • A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • The initial shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • The return fee varies by country according to the courier’s rates.

Please note: the return shipping fee is additional and varies by country according to the courier’s rates. It does not include the 20€ handling fee, which is charged separately.

unclaimed parcels

Unclaimed parcels are not considered returns. If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a 20 € handling fee will be deducted to cover return and processing costs.

exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original piece within 14 days and place a new order for the preferred item.

claims

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 14 days of delivery at home@acanre.com.
  • Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
